For over 30 years, Lynne Gipson has worked in the public sector for Los Angeles County and has provided peer mentoring, developed recruitment strategies and materials, conflict resolution, worker's compensation unit coordinator, job analysis, supervisory skills, provide recommendations, increase organizational efficiency, conduct study groups for employees to prepare for promotion, rater for professional exam, professional staff facilitator, and much more.
The most important tool, is that the experience gained has allowed her to provide care and compassion for others to professionally develop and succeed.
